LONG STORY SHORT: VLOG 03

London comes alive in the sunshine. As spring invites renewal, it’s the perfect time to step outside, embrace joy, and trust that everything is unfolding in divine timing. Are you finding your balance between rest and movement?

This month, I shot the music video for Return Home, took my first driving lessons (finally!), and celebrated with friends at supper clubs, birthdays, and Hoxton Radio.

I’ve also been deepening my morning rituals—meditation, journaling, prayer, affirmations, and starting the day with something that makes me feel good, like a yoga practice or a smoothie.

And honestly, this month has been a lesson in grace. I’m not perfect, and I never will be. I’ve been learning to release control over how I think things should unfold and instead focus on gratitude—for the things, people, and opportunities already in my life. It hasn’t always been easy, but having things to look forward to and moments of joy to ground me has made all the difference.

There’s so much to be grateful for. On the days I feel low, tired, or overwhelmed, it’s tempting to just curl up and check out. And you know what? That’s okay. I’m learning to lean on my friends and support system, to take the pressure off myself, and to slow down when I need to. There’s no rush. Life flows easier when I invite ease, trust the process, and keep flexing my gratitude muscle. Like any muscle, it gets stronger the more I use it—but rest days are just as necessary.

So, here’s a little reminder to myself (and to you): You are exactly where you need to be. Everything is working out, even if it doesn’t always feel like it. Trust the process. Keep showing up. Enjoy the ride.

As we step into a new season, take care of yourself. Self-care isn’t just a moment—it’s a way of life that keeps us grounded, connected, and in creative flow. What self-care practice has been feeling good for you lately? I’ve definitely been in a ‘treat yourself’ kinda mood!
